The One Workplace Equal Rights project was launched in March 2004 by the Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC).
It aims to tackle racism and promote equal opportunities in workplaces across Scotland as well as build the capacity of trade unions to bargain for, and promote, equality in the workplace.

The Scottish Government has been pleased to fund the One Workplace Equal Rights project in Scotland in support of its One Scotland campaign.
The project also comes under the umbrella of the EU Equal SWELL Development Partnership.
